Salmon:           Served with a citrus glaze. Prime Rib:           Grilled medium rare. All entrees include salad, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, assorted rolls with butter and coffee or tea.  Dessert: Apple pie with ice cream Cash Bar: Cost: $25.00 per entrée. Please have your reservations in by December 1, 2009.
